The process

Start by filling out our travel request form. Whether you already know your destination or are still deciding, this helps us understand your preferences, priorities, and investment.

Discover

We'll reach out to schedule a complimentary 15–20 minute consultation call to get to know you and your travel style. This is where we confirm we're the right fit and align on the direction of your trip.

03.

Design

Once your client agreement is signed and planning fees are settled, we begin designing your proposal. You'll receive a day by day overview of what your trip will look like, including hotels, transportation, and experiences.

04.

Details

After reviewing your proposal and making final adjustments, we handle all bookings and reservations on your behalf and stay in touch leading up to your trip.

05.

Deliver

Before you depart, you'll receive your final itinerary with all trip details, contacts, and travel documents, accessible through our mobile app. If anything comes up during your travels, we're always just a message away.
